About Us
Introduction
The Resource Centre is
an independent charity funded by charitable trusts, the Burnham and Slough
Deanery Synod and the Methodist Circuit. It is managed by members of local schools and faith communities.
We offer:

Guidance
on the selection and use of materials for teaching about religions and
for collective worship in schools; |

Staff
meetings or RE Coordinators' meetings at the Centre; |

A
comprehensive collection of books, including a special 'church'
section; |

Over
100 video films which can can be previewed at the Centre; |

Presentations
or a display about specific religions; |
|
Artefact
boxes relating to each of the major world faiths, plus special
'festival' boxes; |

Tapes
and records; |
|
Maps,
posters, pictures, charts, film-strips and slides; |

A
range of journals and magazines. |
